Introduction
Organisational policies establish the principles, rules and standards that guide decision-making, behaviour and operational consistency across an organisation. Well-designed policies support governance, ensure compliance, reduce risk and create a fair and transparent working environment.
This programme provides participants with practical methods for developing, reviewing and implementing organisational policies that align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Participants will learn how to write effective policies, engage stakeholders, communicate expectations and monitor policy effectiveness across the organisation.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
